Ingredients:

  • 1 box small ring noodles
  • 1 jar pimentoes chopped
  • 1 cp mayonase

Directions:

  1. Bring salted water to a boil
  2. Add pasta and cook til done
  3. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water til cool
  4. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
  5. To serve place leaf of romain on salad plate and using a large icecream scoop place a mound of salad on leaf.
  6. This is a very nice sumer lunch served with a few variety crackers and maybe a few slices of cheese.
