  1. Sauté onion in oil over medium to high heat until soften.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Lower heat to medium or low.
  4. Reduce sauce until blended to taste usually 15-20 minutes.
  5. Unless you like a stronger taste reduce the sauce longer.
