Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing, seasoning and pepper in a Ziploc® bag.
  2. Leave the ingredietns into the bag to marry for 30 minutes, but not longer than an hour.
  3. Add zucchini and mix until coatd with marinade.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. Coat zucchini slices with cheese until all sides are throughly coated. I have found it easiest to put the cheese on a plate and dredge the zucchini.
  6. Place zucchini on a sprayed grill, or use tin foil for easy clean-up, and grill on medium heat for 5 minutes, turning several times until cheese is light brown and zucchini is crisp but still tender.
  7. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
