  1. To make the brine add all ingredance, and bring to a boil. Cool to room temp, and add your chicken wings, stick in the fridge over night.
  2. Heat your oil to about 375.
  3. Mix your breading, lightly coat your chicken wings, let them set for about 20 mins, so the flour mixture sets.
  4. Then fry for about 10 - 15 mins
  5. Serve with your favorte dipping sauce.
