Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up potato into small cubes to suit size you want
  2. Boil or steam till tender (dont over cook or they will become too soft)
  3. Add ranch dressing to suit so it coats the potato liberally
  4. Add some chopped chives to taste
  5. Add chopped bacon pieces or crumbles proscuito (as required)
  6. Add any other herbs you may like for variation
  7. GOOD HOT WITH BBQ or cold with/as Salads
