Hot Apple Pie Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 slices medium cheddar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine apples and cinnamon.
  2. Place cheese on the outside of 4 slices of toast.
  3. Spoon apples onto cheese.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices.
  5. Brush outside with butter.
  6. Broil on each side until golden brown.
