Ingredients:

  • 1 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Whip yolks and honey in a standing electric mixer until thick (approximately 10 minutes).
  2. Whip cream.
  3. Fold cream into honey/egg mixture.
  4. Freeze for at least 40 minutes.
