Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush graham crackers and mix with raisins and cherries.
  2. Add brazil nuts.
  3. Scald milk in double boiler and add in marshmallows.
  4. Stir until melted.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cracker mixture to hot marshmallow mixture and blend thoroughly.
  7. Line loaf pans with wax paper or foil.
  8. Spoon in mixture, press down firmly.
  9. Decorate top with reserved cherries and brazil nuts.
  10. Age 1 month in fridge.
  11. Wrap cake in foil to keep moist.
  12. This freezes very well after the initial aging of cake.
  13. If you're lucky, like I am, you can find shelled brazil nuts at a health food store. I find mine at an amish grocery store.
