Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray muffin tins.
  3. In a large bowl mix first 9 ingredients; fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
  4. Bake 30 minutes and remove from pan.
  5. In one small dish melt oleo.
  6. In a small dish,mix the 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  7. Dip each muffin in the oleo then the sugar.
  8. Ummm good.
