Ingredients:

  • 3 can of inexpensive refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or wallnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut each of the 10 biscuits per container into quarters
  2. Put sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon into a re-sealable plastic bag.
  3. Add biscuit pieces, seal and shake until coated.
  4. Using a nonstick Bundt pan or angel food cake pan, or one coated with nonstick cooking spray, I sprinkle in 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or wallnuts if using.
  5. Add the biscuit pieces in layers.
  6. Last, I sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture from the bag over the pieces and pour 1/2 cup melted butter over the biscuits.
  7. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until done.
