Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Loosely stuff hens with apple and onion.
  2. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Combine butter and soy sauce; brush over hens.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 and juices run clear.
  5. Baste occasionally during cooking.
