Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cracked ice
  • 1 pony (1 oz) heavy cream
  • 1 pony (1 oz) brandy
  • 1 pony (1 oz) creme de cacao
  • 1/2 pony (1/2 oz) irish velvet (an irish liqueur made of coffee and whiskey)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, heavy cream, brandy, crème de cacao and Irish Velvet for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 8-ounce stemmed glass and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa powder.
