  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp minced dill
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2-1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

  • 1 Wash and slice thinly the mushrooms.
  • 2 Melt some butter in a pan and then fry them with the dill and salt.
  • 3 Take off the heat and add a beaten egg and mix well.
  • 4 Prepare the French toast and place a thick layer of mushrooms on top of them, smoothing with a knife.
  • 5 Put another piece of toast on top of it and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 6 Serve hot.
