1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Cream butter and sugars until light & fluffy
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time
4. Sift flour with baking soda, salt & baking powder
5. Stir into butter mixture
6. Add vanilla, oats,cornflakes, coconut, chocolate chips & nuts
7. Stir until well blended
8. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet
9. Flatten to 4inch diameter(use square of wax paper to keep dough from sticking to fingers or whatever you are using to flatten dough)
10. For a smaller cookie, drop by teaspoon and don'f flatten
11. Bake larger cookies at 350 degrees F for 10 - 12 minutes
12. 22 large cookies or 6 dozen small cookies
13. 1 small cookie is less than 100 calories and 4 g of fat!!
