1. Brown ground beef in large skillet.
2. Drain grease.
3. Add taco seasoning, chili beans, French dressing and water to skillet.
4. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. In large bowl mix 1/2 of the lettuce, cheese, and tortilla chips.
6. Pour the meat mixture into the bowl and mix well.
7. Add remaining lettuce, cheese, and tortilla chips along with any additional ingredients desired.
8. Mix well.
9. Top with sour cream.
