Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 tbsp dried elderberry blossoms or 2 to 3 tbsp fresh elderberry blossoms
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 thin lemon slice

Directions:

  1. In a tea cup or mug, steep elderberry blossoms in boiling water for 5-10 minutes; strain. Add sugar and lemon. Yield: 1 serving.
