Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 16 -32 oz chunked tomatoes
  • 1/2-3/4 quart milk
  • 4 -8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2-2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2-2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2-2 tbsp basil
  • 1/2-1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Dump milk and tomatoes into large pot.
  2. Turn heat on to medium/medium-high.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Cook as little as 10 minutes from time you turned on heat or as long as you would like.
  5. Stir about every minute so it doesn't burn.
  6. I ran a hand mixer through mine so I didn't have much for chunks.
