Ingredients:

  • 10 oz cream
  • 10 oz lemonade

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix sifted flour, cream, and lemonade with a knife to a consistent dough.
  3. If it is too dry, add more cream.
  4. If it is too wet, addmore flour.
  5. Place dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  6. Shape into balls, coat in flour, and place on baking tray.
  7. Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes or until tops turn golden.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and boysenberry jam.
