Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cups of chicken broth or stock
  2. /2 t. Salt
  3. /2 cups sour cream
  4. /3 cups all-purpose flour
  5. In a large saucepan put chicken broth or stock and 1/2 t. Salt and bring to boil. Reduce heat. Combine sour cream and flour, mix until well blended and smooth. Add to broth gradually, stirring constantly until well blended. Heat to boiling. Serve at once; garnish each serving with croutons and paprika. Serves 6.
  6. Optional: add bite-size chunks of boiled chicken and a small can mushrooms.See More
