Directions:

  1. Pork chops
  2. Tbls veg. shortning
  3. /2 tsp salt
  4. /2 tsp sage
  5. Apples cored and cut in rings
  6. /4 cup brown sugar
  7. Tvsp plain flour
  8. Cup hot water
  9. /2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  10. /2 cup raisins
  11. Brown chops in shortning. emove chops and save fat. put chops in baking dish. sprinkle with salt and sage. top with apple rings and sprinkle with sugar. In skillet blend fat, flour, water and vinegar. cook until thick. add raisins. Pour over chops Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hr
