Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop & peel four cucumbers into bite size pieces
  2. Chop up 2 avocados into pieces
  3. Chop up a 1/4 a cup of mint
  4. Add all three into a big bowl
  5. Add the 6 oz of feta cheese
  6. Mix the olive oil with the juice of a lime and add to the mixture
  7. Toss all together & add salt to taste.
  8. Serve right away & refrigerate leftovers.
