Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. In bowl, combine flour, sugar, peanut butter, and butter.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate to form crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set and edges start to brown.
  6. Cool completely on wire rack.
  7. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spread evenly in pie shell.
  9. Top with 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping.
  10. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Garnish with whipped cream, peanuts and additional caramel ice cream topping if desired.
