Crazy Spirals Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of spiral pasta
  • 2 bunches of green onion
  • 1 brick of feta
  • lg pinch of opal basil and sweet basil, or just plain basil if thats all you have
  • 1/2 cup of cider vinager
  • 2 tsp of lime juice
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of margrine

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta till edible, coat lightly with margrine and set aside to cool
  2. Chop 1 bunch of green onions coarsly
  3. Julienne the green pepper, one and half of the red pepper, and the cucumber
  4. Dice the red onion
  5. Crumble the feta
  6. Chop the basil
  7. Combine the newly chopped peppers, onions, cucumber, basil and feta with the cooled down pasta
  8. Finely chop the rest of the green onions
  9. Finely dice the rest of the red peppers
  10. Combine the newly chopped green onions and red peppers to the cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. mix.
  11. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil
  12. Pour the newly made dressing over top of the pasta salad and toss.
