Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté the onion in the butter over medium heat until browned (about 12 minutes). Put potatoes, milk and garlic in a saucepan; cover pot.
  2. Over medium heat simmer until the potatoes are cooked through (about 12 minutes) stir occasionally.
  3. Remove potatoes with a slotted spoon and put them in the skillet with the onions.
  4. Mash potatoes with the onions.
  5. Add milk (that the potatoes were boiled in).
  6. Add the milk slowly until you have a lovely smooth texture (you may not need all the milk).
  7. Stir in the yogurt, season to taste.
