Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  3. Pour into the shell and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
