Cinnamon Almond Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • use almond cookie crust-see crust page
  • 10 oz. almond paste
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tea. almond extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450^.
  2. Layer almond paste evenly in prepared pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
  9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
