Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spaghetti Pie
  2. Oz spaghetti
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. Cup parmesan cheese
  5. Eggs beaten well
  6. 1/2 lbs ground beef
  7. Garlic salt
  8. Basil
  9. Cup chopped onion
  10. – 15 oz cans tomato sauce
  11. – 6 oz cans tomato paste
  12. Tsp sugar
  13. /3 cup water
  14. Tablespoon oregano
  15. Oz mozzarella shredded
  16. Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain. Stir in butter, parm, and eggs. Chop well with a knife and fork. Form into crust in pans. Let cool.
  17. Cook beef and onion. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, and sugar. Add water and seasonings. Heat. Spread tomato sauce in pan on top of the crusts. Fill with meat sauce. Cover with mozzarella. Bake 350 degrees for 30 mins.
  18. NOTE: You can freeze. Freeze uncooked. Thaw. And cook as indicated above.
