Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Put brown sugar, butter and cream into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir, bring to a boil.
  3. Boil 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Add more icing sugar or cream to obtain the right consistency.
