  1. Prepare Crust:.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Crush Nilla Wafers into crumbs (this can be done in a food processor).
  4. Combine with melted butter.
  5. Press mixture into tart pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool completely! This is very important.
  8. Prepare Filling:.
  9. Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and 6 oz. melted chocolate until creamy and whipped.
  10. If not serving within a few hours, stop here.
  11. Assemble the Tart:.
  12. Fill cooled crust with the filling.
  13. Top with washed and sliced strawberries.
  14. Drizzle with 2 oz. melted chocolate.
  15. Store in refrigerator until serving.
  16. Enjoy!
