1. Cook cake according to box directions
2. Let cool
3. Take one layer and cut into bite size chunks
4. Cut strawberries into quarters and sprinkle with small amount of sugar
5. Cover container and shake to coat
6. In mixing bowl, add Mascarpone, sugar, milk and lemon zest
7. Mix until well blended
8. In a small bowl, add Balsamic vinegar and honey and whisk until combined
9. Place cake chunks in bowl (or a fancy glass if serving to guests)
10. Add a dollop of Mascarpone to top of cake
11. Cover cheese with strawberries
12. Top whole dessert with a very small drizzle of Balsamic-Honey mixture
