Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tightly packed italian parsley leaves (about 1 bunch, stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped.
