Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set up three shallow bowls. In first bowl,put buttermilk infused with cracked pepper. In second,flour. In third bowl,mayonnaise. In a bag ,add panko crumbs mixed with parsley,cheese and cayenne.
  2. Begin by soaking chicken rtenders in buttermilk-pepper mixture for up to 6 hours. Remove from mixture,add to the flour for a light coating. Roll each tender in mayonnaise or use a brush to coat each piece. Toss the tenders in a bag with panko mixture and shake until coated.
  3. Lay on a baking tray and bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 mins. until cooked thru. Enjoy!
