Directions:

  1. Place steaks between 2 layers of plastic wrap. Pound until they are 1/4 inch thickness. Brush with Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl combine egg whites and 1/2 cup milk. Whisk lightly. Dip steaks once in egg mixture and twice in flour. Reserve 1 tbsp flour.
  3. Place 2 tsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot add steaks. Cook 2 at a time, adding remaining oil after first cooking. Cook 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.
  4. Make the gravy. Add broth to skillet. Whisk in resrved flour mixture. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes. Slowly add remaining milk, salt and pepper, plus hot sauce. Whisk 1 to 2 minutes more. Spoon gravy over steaks.
