1. Mix the flour, butter, nuts and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan for a crust
2. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes and cool
3. Combine cream cheese and sugar till smooth and fold in whipped topping or whipped cream
4. Spoon mixtrure atop cooled crust
5. Pour on the 2 cans of cherry pie filling and chill very well.
