Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a large skillet and add onion.
  5. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and drain.
  6. Drain potatoes and arrange in an un-greased 13x 9x2 baking dish.
  7. Drizzle with butter.
  8. Add sausage mixture and stir gently.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
