  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Set aside.
  2. Combine water and bouillon granules in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cauliflower, and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Combine cauliflower and herb mixture; toss gently.
