Butternut Squash Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds and fibers.
  3. Leaving the skin on or if you prefer to peel the skin off is up to you, cut the squash into long steak-like fries.
  4. To cut out fat, use non-stick foil over your cookie sheet and spread out your fries.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes turning once.
  6. Ahhhh, BUTTERNUT FRIES!
  7. This is a great side dish or snack anytime!
