Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe blackberry chutney sauce

Directions:

  1. In a small pan combine apple juice, vinegar, bay leaf, brown sugar, cinnamon, pepper, and salt. Heat to melt sugar. Place tenderloins in ziplock bag adn pour cooled marinade over pork. Seal bag and let marinate for 2-3 hours, turning several times. Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Wrap bacon around tenderloins in spiral to cover entire surface. Grill- 28-30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165 degrees. Or Broil on high 3- 4 minutes on each side. Then lower temperature to 350, foil and bake til internal temp of 165.
