Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In large bowl mix melted butter, dark brown sugar, and beaten egg
  2. Blend soda, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg
  3. Add to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture, mixing well
  4. Add the oats, mix well
  5. Add the raisins and pecans
  6. Drop by tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned, about 10 minutes
