Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash oysters to remove all silt and open oysters on the half shell be sure to detach oyster from the shell
  2. Place oyster on a broiler pan
  3. Put a dash of beer in each oyster
  4. Put 2 - 3 dashes of Texas Pete on each oyster
  5. Place one jalapeno slice on each oyster
  6. Top each oyster with grated cheese
  7. Sprinkle each oyster with bacon bits
  8. Broil at 400 degrees for about 3 - 5 mins. until cheese has melted
  9. Allow to rest for 2 - 3 mins and enjoy
  10. (A cold beer is usually a good side for this dish)
