Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare risotto mix according to package.
  2. Meanwhile in large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef, mushrooms, bell peppers,& garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.
  3. Pour off fat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in risotto.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil.
