Bananas Foster Rum Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325o
  2. Mix cracker crumbs sugar and butter until well mixed
  3. Press evenly into a pammed 15x10 baking pan
  4. In a lge bowl combine cream cheese brown sugar cornstarch until smooth
  5. Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time beating well after each addition
  6. Beat in all the remaining ingredients
  7. Pour into crust lined pan[pan will be very full]
  8. Bake for 55-60 min or until centre is firm to the touch
  9. Cool completely before serving.
  10. Store in the refrigerator.
