Baked Asparagus with Balsamic-Soy Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Rinse asparagus. Bend each spear gently and break off woody end. Place asparagus spears in a baking dish. Spray with cooking spray and salt and pepper.
  2. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in small saucepan and brown it a little. Off the heat, add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Pour dressing over baked asparagus and serve.
