  1. Preheat grill to high. Toss peppers with olive oil,season with salt and pepper flakes.
  2. Grill,turning,until blistered,about 10 mins. Transfer to bowl and toss with 1TB olive oil,some chopped mint and lemon juice. Top with crumbled feta.
