Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl (It will seem VERY wet-This is ok).
  3. Spray baking pan with a little cooking spray.
  4. Place mixture in pan and shape into loaf.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
