Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 liters vodka
  • 4 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar and seal tightly.
  2. Place in a cool dark spot and steep for 3 months.
  3. Strain and let apricots drain.
  4. The apricots can later be used to dip in chocolate.
