1. Prepare dipping sauce;set aside.
2. Combine apple, applesauce and cinnamon in small bowl, mix well.
3. Spoon half the apple mixture on tortilla; sprinkle with half the cheese.
4. Top with another tortilla.
5. Repeat with remaining tortilla, apple mixture and cheese.
6. Spray large nonstick pan with spray; over medium heat till hot.
7. Cook quesadillas one at a time, about 2 minutes each side till golden brown.
8. Cut each quesadilla into four wedges.
9. Serve with dipping sauce.
