Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place almond flour in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place almonds in seperate bowl, and set aside.
  4. Place eggs in a bowl with water, beat lightly.
  5. Dip chicken into eggs wiping away excess with fingers.
  6. Dip chicken into almond flour mixture.
  7. Dip into egg mixture again.
  8. Now coat thoroughly with almonds.
  9. Heat butter and oil in oven-proof skillet over medium heat.
  10. Saute chicken until nicely browned, about 3 minutes, and turn over.
  11. Cook one minute more, then transfer pan to oven and bake until chicken is cooked through.
