Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chopped alligator meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • flour , to dredge

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into 1 balls.
  2. Allow to set for 1 hour.
  3. Dredge with flour and fry until brown.
