Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/2 cup 7-up (i sub diet ginger ale)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter ( i did not sub anything - butter means butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 450 F.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan.
  3. Cut sour cream into Bisquick, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.
  4. Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board and pat dough into approx. 8x8 square. Cut into 9 squares (3x3)
  5. Dip biscuit tops into butter then flip over and place in pan (so both top and bottom are buttered) and bake for 12-15 minutes.
